43rumors に、オリンパスPEN-Fの価格やキットレンズなどに関する噂が掲載されています。

- PEN-Fの発表日は1月27日
- センサーは20MP
- キットレンズは2種類： 14-42EZ と17mm F1.8
- 新型のEVF
- レンズキットの価格は1499-1799ユーロ
発表日が特定の国だけのものなのか、全世界でのものなのかまだチェックしなければならない。
1499-1799ユーロはそのまま円に換算すると、約19～23万円ですが、これまでの例から言って国内での販売価格はもう少し安価になりそうです。とは言え、E-P5の初値よりは少し高くなるかもしれませんね。
PEN-Fは、センサーに加えて、EVFも新型になるということなので、最近発表されたエプソンの新しい高精細パネルが採用される可能性もあるかもしれませんね。

- 先月、オリンパスが4月の初めに新しいF1.2の単焦点レンズシリーズを発表すると報告した。我々の読者でとても信頼できるソースである"Simon"が、これらのレンズについて次の情報を追加している。
「オリンパスはF1.0とF1.2の双方のレンズ群を開発していたが、F1.2のレンズのみを開発することに決定した： これはなぜだろう？ F1.0のレンズの製造コストはF1.2のレンズの2倍で、サイズは43%大きく、重さは230グラム重い。F1.0のレンズは620グラム前後だ。フィルター径は68mmでm4/3には大きく重すぎる」
「新しいF1.2のレンズのAFは、PEN-Fに装着時には驚くほど速く、E-M1に同じレンズを装着したときよりも30%速い」
F1.0の単焦点レンズ群は、確かにm4/3には少し大き過ぎるかもしれませんね。大きさ重さや価格を考えると、F1.2のレンズの方がバランスはよさそうです。
AFに関して、PEN-F装着時にはE-M1よりも30%も高速化されるという話が事実だとすると、PEN-FのAFシステムは、これまでよりもかなり高性能化されることになりますね。

A readers sent me that image and the specs of the Olympus 300mm PRO lens that will be announced on January 6th. Don’t know where he got them (some German magazine or store brochure). Specs:
- 300mm f/4.0 IS PRO (600mm equivalent)
- 17 lenses in 10 groups
- 140cm close focusing distance
- 77mm filter
- 93x227mm, 1475g
- In lens stabilization (up to 6 stops!)
- weather sealed
- Price: 2600 Euro
- Shipment in March
The text I received from the source also says:
- The Olympus lens weights 4-5 kilo less than comparable 600mm FF equivalent lenses like the Canon 600mm IS USM. On Amazon the Canon sells for $11,500 (but the Canon FF lens gathers more light as it’s designed for FF cameras).
- Another advantage of the new Olympus lens is the stabilization system which is said to be best of the world.
